To receive the Quarter 1 Report

The committee considered a report setting out the Council’s performance across all services. This was broken down into financial performance, key performance indicators and risks on a service by service basis.

            61,000 - favourable.  Spend less then.  Encouraging- look at in autumn maybe able to release further funds.

            Page 27. need to continue to keep a close eye

            Page 29 - must continue to monitor - need assurance that complaints are bein dealt with.  Why it is happening.

            Page 30  - customer services .  Number of high risks.  Page 33, data protection officer and source to be purced.

            Wondering how the resources will be paid for.  Would like a bit more feedback.  Cost to each council is shared.  Look at it as a corporate budget.   More details for feedback.

            Target planning applications processing time.  Need to drive up services and would like.

            TM - GT low interest rates.   A lot of funds at low interest and concerned about the debt 7 million.  Money in low interest account.  Jeff better return than many.  Presentation papers to GT.

            JS - position at 30 June changes to  investments and improved position. Decision

(a)       That the predicted outturn for the 2017/18 revenue and capital budgets      be noted.

(b)       That the KPI’s for each service for the period and any actions being taken be noted.

(c)       That the high risks for each service area and any actions being taken be noted.
